What educators are saying

This resource is so cute! My students love putting together their even steven or odd todds. Not only was it engaging, but it also allowed for my students to practice this standard.
This is an amazing resource! My students absolutely loved making this and getting to hang it up in the hall!

Description

Oh, my word. Are these boys adorable or what?! Your students will love making

these Even Steven’s and Odd Todd’s to help them understand the concept of even

and odd.

I use this craftivity in conjunction with my FREE Even and Odd Unit available to

download HERE along with the book, Even Steven and Odd Todd from Scholastic

found here.

You can chose to have your students complete one character using the large options, or one of each using the smaller versions! Students must determine even and odd numbers from 1-12, and add their own customizations to each craft.

Steven: Add an even number of freckles, stripes on his shirt, dots on his tie.

Todd: Add an odd number of freckles, stars on his shirt, dots on his hat.

This is an educational yet purposeful project your students will love, while also making an adorable hallway or bulletin board display.

~Enjoy!
