Description

Evaluating Limits Graphically Scavenger Hunt

This walk around activity will help students practice evaluating limits of functions based on their graphs. Students begin the activity by choosing any one of the graphs posted around the classroom, and the solution for that limit will lead them to the next station.

This scavenger hunt requires that students be able to find limits based on the graph of a function. The activity includes limits, limits from the left, and limits from the right. Solutions include limits that approach specific values, limits that do not exist, and limits that approach positive or negative infinity.

This download includes a 12 station scavenger hunt (provided in color and grayscale), instructions, a student answer sheet, and an answer key.
