For best results, I recommend printing your materials on heavier weight paper or card stock.

Print you pennants on white paper and cut out each one.

Punch a hole on the top right and left corners of each pennant

Thread curling ribbon of your choice through each of the pennants to form the sentence:

FELIZ DIA DAS BRUXAS, while adding decorative halloween figure pennants in between words.
