    Age and Duration:

    Ideal for 8-12 year-olds. This virtual field trip is so flexible it is very difficult to guage how long it could take. The whole things without assignments or activities would be fine for 1-2 hours. It can take much longer depending on how much independent research and assignments you want to add to the field trip (there is a report format provided). It is very flexible. I promise you have not had a virtual field trip like this. You could spend a whole week or more on each lesson depending on how you choose to approach the additional printable activities. The time it takes to complete will also vary greatly based on your students.
