What educators are saying

I love this resource. When I chose to teach Ender's Game, I was very nervous about it, but it went so well!!

Description

Vocabulary lists, chapter plot questions, and critical thinking questions for each chapter.

Answer key included. 22 pages of questions. If spaces were left for students to write directly on the sheets, this document would be over 75 pages long! This set of questions is meant for students to use as part of a notebook, and not written on directly. You get a lot of bang for your buck with this one.

<<< THIS IS THE ULTIMATE ENDER'S GAME READING GUIDE >>>

These worksheets are great as part of a journal-as-you-read assignment.

There is a chapter guide for each of the 15 chapters. Some chapters are longer than others, so some of the reader’s guide sheets will be bulkier than others. The number of plot questions per chapter ranges between 5 and 13. Each sheet also has a list of vocabulary for that chapter and one critical thinking question based off of a quote from that chapter.

Examples of critical thinking questions:
“Sometimes lies are more dependable than the truth.” Do you agree? Why or why not?

Adults should always protect children from danger. Do you agree? Why or why not?

Each of the quote-based questions represents one of the themes of the book.

When combined with the pre-reading guide, literary device scavenger hunt, character analysis activities, and book theme analysis, you can make a great all-inclusive Ender’s Game journaling unit that students can keep in a three ring binder.
