End or Middle of the Year Student Survey Feedback Elementary End of Year Review

Students can assess their year in first grade with a simple survey. It gives teachers a helpful insight into what students learn, want to learn, and how they feel about their school community.

One question concerns advice to future kindergarteners but you can change this to be about Pre-K, first or second grade easily (depending on what grade you teach).

Can also be used as a back to school review after a break to review how students feel and think (may be best in semester 2).
