My students loved this! We had so much fun looking at each other's drawings at the end. This was a really engaging activity.

Description

End the School Year on a Fun Note with This Exciting Activity! An end-of-the-year This or That icebreaker activity is just what you need to ease the nerves and bring some joy to your students.

Whether they're introverts or extroverts, the entire class is going to love it – and trust me, you'll love it too! (In fact, I've even had teachers use this as a staff icebreaker during professional development sessions!)

In this engaging activity, students will navigate through a series of slides, making choices between two options provided in This or That prompts. As they make their choices, they will add elements to a drawing of a tropical island. It could be a unique hair color or even a bucket of ice cubes by their side – the drawing keeps getting quirkier and quirkier!

Laughter and giggles are inevitable, so consider yourself warned!

But here's the twist: instead of the usual sharing sessions in front of the whole class, every student gets up, proudly holding their artwork in front of them. They wander around, exploring their peers' drawings and searching for lookalikes. Who knows? They might find twins, triplets, or discover that they're truly one of a kind!

This low-pressure interaction encourages conversations and makes it an absolute blast for everyone involved.

What's Included:

✅ Clear and easy-to-follow digital student-facing directions

✅ 20 engaging This or That questions with accompanying drawing prompts ✅ A blank tropical island worksheet

✅ Both PDF and Google Slides versions for your convenience

You will receive a high-resolution PDF file, perfect for projecting the questions on a screen and completing the activity as a class.

OR

You can choose to send the Google Slides in "present" mode, allowing students to work independently at their own pace. I've included a blank template for you to add more prompts if desired!
