Emergency sub plans in Spanish for 1st grade (Las Manzanas theme)

Planes de emergencia para sustitutos. This is a no-prep packet of lesson plans for 1 day of teaching. These plans were designed to use in 1st grade to use toward the beginning of the year. We all know, students come in with different varying levels, so these worksheets were created so all students would be able to work on them, for the most part, independently. The theme is apples: print off the pages, throw in 1 book about apples and you are ready to have a sub for the day.

***Materials needed: 1 book about apples, pencils, crayons, scissors, glue, 1 dice per student, 1 paper clip per student

(***Please note: the worksheets are all in Spanish, but the sub lesson plans are in English. This was designed for a bilingual or immersion class but you may not have a sub that speaks Spanish so their plans are in English.)

These plans included: a detailed description for the day and need-to-know information that is EDITABLE, 2 morning work worksheets, worksheets to cover 1.5 hours of ELA, worksheets to cover 1.5 hours of math, a science activity, and several "Teacher I'm Through, What Can I Do" ELA and math worksheets. (Only the sub lesson plans and need-to-know papers are editable. Worksheets the students use are NOT editable.)
