Elements of Design for Primary Students

This is a 27 page unit in Visual Arts. The unit addresses the Elements of Design: line, shape, space, colour, texture and value. The unit describes each of these elements highlighting important concepts, paintings, story books and discussion questions. The unit contains instructions pages, as well, as student activity sheets. There are also four rubrics/checklists and a sample Success Criteria/report card comment. Lastly, there is a sample answer key for most activities.
