Description

Looking for an alternative to the constant Google Search for art definitions?

We all know where the google search on the device leads...Snapchat and TikTok.

These Elements and Principles Reference Card decks make the perfect go-to for middle school or high school students as they begin their journey with the art terms in the Elements of Art and Principles of Design.

*Canadian version included*

*UK version included*

Students can use these handy Elements and Principles Reference Cards to record definitions in their sketchbooks or participate in guided art critiques, both written and oral.

Critique Use:

Because the cards are small and on a ring, students can hold and refer to them during critique to help as they examine various works of art and prepare to comment.

*Heck, they even make great drink coasters in a pinch! :D

Space-saving design makes it possible to forego posters and open up your art classroom walls to host all that amazing student artwork.

Storage:

Hang them on a hook in your room, up and out of the way, easy for students to access

Teacher Prep:

  • Simply print the cards, laminate (optional), punch holes and assemble on the binder ring (or string, or wire, or whatever you have available)
  • Print a table set or a class set, whichever you choose, you only do it once and utilize them year after year.
