Elementary Counseling Bundle

This Bundle Includes Four Small Group Counseling Curricula:

6 Sessions Mindfulness Group

• A skill based group intended for students in grades K-8. The group focuses on teaching students self-management and self-awareness through practicing using their five senses mindfully. The group includes all plans and a final assessment.

6 Session Changing Families (Divorce Group)

• This group supports students self awareness,self-management and relationships skills while encouraging students to explore differences and strengths in their families. This group is geared towards children whose families are experiencing a change in structure most often, divorce, but also adoption, active military service, etc.

6 Session Friendship & Social Awareness Group

• This is a 6 session social and emotional learning group focused social awareness, self awareness and optimistic thinking. The group encourages elementary aged students to reflect on the characteristics that make a good friend. They are engage in both skill based learning and reflective exercises.
• Pre/Post Assessment Included!

8 Session Impulse Control Group

• This group focuses on the impulse control strategy of Stop, Think & Act. This group is ideal for grades K-3. It is an 8 session group (including pre assessment and post assessment) with all materials included. It provides a predictable session structure as well as opportunities for students to apply skills in less structured situations.
