Description

Practice voting and build understanding of the election process, inauguration day, or President's Day while studying a real world or mock election in your classroom! Use the adorable crafts, writing prompts, word wall cards, and engaging printables to practice essential ELA and Math skills with this fun Social Studies friendly unit. Students will get lots of writing practice when they write a letter to an elected official offering advice!

I have included an adorable craft so students can build their very own elected official with a podium when they offer suggestions on his/her role as president or other office. You will also receive resources and ideas for holding a mock election in your classroom. I have made sure that any of the pages can be used for any election!
