Elapsed Time - Scaffolded Word Problem Boom™ Bundle | MD.A.1

Solving word problems with elapsed time is a very tricky skill. The scaffolded practice problems in these decks are perfect to differentiate for your students. The Level 1 deck presents questions with 3rd grade state test rigor while Level 2 challenges students at a 4th grade level with more challenging times and more steps to solve.

Each deck includes 10 "helper" cards providing scaffolding for students so they can complete the word problems independently. This means no more getting overwhelmed by answering student questions at your desk. If a student needs help, there is an "SOS" button that takes them to a slide which guides students to with a visual method used to solve each word problem. Students build resilience as the questions increase slightly in difficulty as they move from question to question.
