This is the syllabus that I use for my juniors in Spanish 3. It includes:

* an intro with a course description and explanation of National Standards/goals of the class
* explanation of grading policy
* materials needed for the course
* rules
* homework policy
* exam/quiz procedures
* absence procedures

I've left this as a Word document, so you may insert your name, your school's name, etc (these are in red). You may also add to/delete sections, if necessary.

The second page is blank because if you copy this document back-to-back and staple, there is a spot for the student and parent signatures...they cut the bottom off and turn it in to you as their first homework grade.

On the very last page, I have inserted a number for the kids to text for class alerts because I use Remind101. This can easily be deleted; however, I recommend looking into this app because it made my life so much easier when the kids had a ton of snow days this past winter :)
