Editable Student & Parent Study Sheet

I use this handout when my students are preparing for their State final exam to keep them organized. My students use an interactive notebook in the classroom and this helps them study at home for their upcoming exam.

Here is an example of my directions:
Directions: Review with a parent or guardian to earn extra credit. Four days are required and extra credit will be given for any additional days. Suggested study time is 15 minutes each session. Parent AND student must sign in appropriate box. This page is before the Exam on Tuesday January 12
