The RACE response sheet makes it so students can easily track their thinking while planning/writing a response by crossing off each letter of RACE as they write. Teachers can then easily review responses and leave explicit feedback according to the RACE components!
The response sheet can be used with any text. Simply type in your own question and press print! Use it over and over again so students are able to practice their constructed response writing skills in a familiar way.
Use with small group, whole group, as homework or leave with substitutes. Your students will get great writing practice with this resource!
