Exit Slips can be filled with your questions. Use this template, add your information, and print. These cards can be used for any subject- any time. Students will use them as entrance tickets, cooperative learning, and much more.

As a bonus, Zoo Animal Task Cards are added. Zoo cards can be used for many different activities. Just print, cut, and pass out!

Students will each get a card with a specific animal listed at the top. Use in the computer lab, in class, at the zoo, in the library...

This is a 15- slide PowerPoint. (The PowerPoint is intended to be printed.) One of the slides has cards with blanks. If you prefer, let your students choose their own animal! There is also an unnumbered slide. The possibilities for filling these cards in are endless!
