Editable Back to School Forms and Resources

This editable back-to-school resource includes forms, letters, and everything else you might need to gather information from your parents and hold a successful meet the teacher night. I have included editable pages so you can customize the forms and letters to suit your own classroom.

You will need the font KG Part of Me, AG180days, and KG I Need A Font for the pages to appear properly.

I print all the forms and send them home in a large manila envelope on meet the teacher night. Students then bring them back filled out on the first day of school. The checklist gets taped to the front of the envelope so parents know what to fill out and send back or keep at home.
