Description
Guide students through two symbolic interpretations for the order of the colors of the 7 rooms in Poe's story "The Masque of the Red Death." The first interpretation is birth to death, with the stages of life in between (each color is a specific stage), and the second interpretation follows the course of a day from before sunrise to after sunset (the birth to death of a day, with each color standing for a certain time of day). And don't forget the clock! Easy to take notes from and pretty pictures!
