What educators are saying

This is a set of engaging, creative worksheets that are perfectly aligned with the VA standards of learning. Thank you for always making rigorous materials that are aligned with VDOE expectations!
I am very satisfied with this and used it mainly to review 4th grade content with a 5th grade remediation group. Excellent and much appreciated.

  • What Do Decomposers Do?
  • What Are Predators and Prey?
  • What Is a Niche?
  • How Does a Niche Change?
  • What Is a Habitat?

NGSS5-LS2-1
Develop a model to describe the movement of matter among plants, animals, decomposers, and the environment. Emphasis is on the idea that matter that is not food (air, water, decomposed materials in soil) is changed by plants into matter that is food. Examples of systems could include organisms, ecosystems, and the Earth. Assessment does not include molecular explanations.
