Easy Visual Schedule Icons for elementary - high school / post secondary

Over 50+ visual icons (list below) to choose from in full page width and mini page width sizes to create your visual schedule. Simply copy and paste the icons you want to use onto a blank word document (not google doc) and print them out to laminate or put into a page protector for your student. Icons Text is editable if you use different word for activities than what is shown. If you purchase this resource and need a specific icon that is missing, message me and I would be happy to create that additional icon for you.

INSTRUCTIONS:

For laminating: I recommend laminating a blank page of paper (you can have the student choose their preferred color so they can help make it). Then place a strip of velcro vertically on the page so you can laminate the icons and put velcro on the back for use.

If you want to have times I recommend using the mini sized icons so you can write the times on the left hand side for student if needed. This works for me as my district switches between full and block schedules so my staff and I can coordinate the morning of to set our students up for success!

For page protector: copy and paste the icons you want onto the blank work document and drag them into the order to want. Print the document and put into the page protector. You can have student use a dry erase marker to cross out their schedule as the day goes back and simply erase at the end of the day to use again the next.
