Earth Day Reading and Activity for Middle and High School (Works for sub plan!)

This lesson is designed for students to learn about Earth Day! While it gives a short background on the day, it focuses on actionable steps students can commit to in order to help out planet.

This reading is designed for Middle School or lower-level High School. It includes a 2-page reading that can be given as a class set, a 1-page question sheet (plus a key!), and a bonus coloring sheet!

Since this is an independent reading, it can be assigned on a day you have a substitute, as homework, or as a bonus!
