This EARTH DAY themed ADAPTED WRITING ACTIVITY AND CRAFT comes with choices and tri-lined writing space for writing or tracing, as well as a low prep craft. Great for your special education or inclusive classroom!
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
-Earth Day Craft
-6 tracing/writing pages with errorless choices of ways to protect the Earth. With tri-lined space for writing or tracing.
Art Project/Craft:
-Students select and cut out three squares that represent what they want to do to protect the Earth. All ideas correspond with what it in the writing activity.
-Students glue their three squares onto the squares on their I Love Earth page. There are two versions of the I Love Earth page (B&W and colored).
-Optional: Cut out the earths and hang them up on a bulletin board or from the ceiling in the classroom
Writing Activity:
-Print in color or in black and white. Laminate to make this resource last longer. Students can just use whiteboard markers or Vis-a-Vis pens if you choose to laminate.
-Read each page or have the student read each page.
-Students select their choice based on three options given on each page.
-Students can then write their answer below. Some students may need their teacher to write their answer on the bottom so that they can trace over it.
