Description
This activity teaches kids how to identify whether something is within their control or not, which can be useful for kids with anxiety, anger, lack of focus, motivation, or other social & emotional concerns. There are 3 separate sets of instructions for individual counseling, small groups, and developmental guidance lessons. The Cut and Paste activity is great for younger children, while the blank Circle of Control worksheets can be used for students of any age as an assessment tool or as a stand-alone worksheet.
