ESCAPE ROOM Middle School ELA Test Prep Activity Rock the Test

Looking for a fun and interactive test prep activity? ROCK THE TEST ESCAPE ROOM is for you! Kids will use teamwork and a helpful (editable) test tip booklet, in addition to reading, writing, and problem solving skills. All you will have to do is watch and enjoy the activity. :)

The adventure begins when YOU, the most awesome teacher in the history of the world, get your class free tickets to a rock concert. The only obstacle is that The Puzzle-Makers like their fans to figure out key details of the concert. So your kids will use the provided test tip booklet to fill in the missing ticket information.

Kids will be "working" but they'll be having so much fun that they won't even realize how much they are learning!

The Test Tip Booklet includes the following:

=======WHAT DO I HAVE TO SUPPLY?=======

All that is needed is a printer, a few folders, and scissors. Unlike other breakout activities, you don't have to go out and buy expensive locks and boxes, because we've included everything you need to print and go!

=======WHAT MAKES THIS SPECIAL?=======

The storyline is interactive and immersive. YOUR students are directly involved in the story. It will provide you with a perfect opportunity to observe your students problem solving and working as a team. All of our escape resources are also great to use for an observation!

=======HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?=======

Completing the entire escape will probably take about 40-50 minutes, depending on how quickly the class is able to complete the activities. Students will not have to leave the room. This is NOT a scavenger hunt.
