This file includes an escape room activity for using the Quadratic Formula to solve quadratic equations. The entire activity contains 5 questions and 1 example problem.
There are two options for this activity. Both of them are included in the file.
Option 1: Escape Room - Digital Online Version
The teacher will give students the link to the Google Forms interactive escape room. No copies are needed - a great option for students who do not have a printer at home.
Option 2: Escape Room - Classroom or Paper Version
The teacher will print out the problems. Each group will give the teacher the "letter-code" to pass the level. If they get the code correct, the teacher provides them with the next level. There are a total of five levels (five questions).
