Welcome Fall! With this Embracing Fall Mindful Movement Exercise and Journal Reflection students will explore their thoughts about the fall season. They will comprehend the symbolism of falling leaves as a representation of change and renewal, engage in mindfulness exercises encompassing deep breathing and gentle stretching, and experience physical strength and stillness through the Mountain Pose and stability through the Tree Pose. They will reflectively identify and release something they wish to let go of while setting a positive intention or goal for the future, and ultimately, develop a sense of gratitude for the present moment and an appreciation of the nature of change.
