Description
Learning how to embed quotations is an important process to teach students, as most ELA curricula stresses the importance of students' ability to analyze texts (both literary and non-fiction), and then respond to them, citing textual evidence when doing so. Therefore, students need to become familiar with embedding quotations within their writing in order to formulate concise and effective arguments, and to help them write mature, fluent essays.
