Instead of boring lectures that students tune out, introduce or review EVERY secondary reading literature, reading informational text and grammar common core state standards using informative and engaging "mini-lesson" videos (URL links included)!

DIRECTIONS: Click and play the relevant video link on your class projector or SmartBoard to start class with an engaging instructional video instead of a traditional mini lesson or lecture. For blended learning classrooms, copy and paste the URL link(s) onto your student’s handout or Google Classroom materials - for students to access the link directly. All instructional videos are “YouTube” links. If your school does not allow YouTube, use your home device to search for “YouTube to MP3” on Google and use one of the search results to copy and paste the link and save an MP3 file to email to your school computer or to students to access on Google Classroom.

Videos are organized in order by common core reading standard and accessible via clickable URL link.
