What educators are saying

My students had so much fun making these eggs and making different combinations! It was a great way for them to practice some fine motor skills and also have fun!
This was a super fun activity that was perfect for the week before Easter. For some of my students I used the cards, but wrote numbers on the egg halves and had them add or subtract the numbers too! Thank you!

Description

These low prep Easter task cards are the perfect color matching and fine motor task box activity to add to your prek, kindergarten, special education on ECSE class this spring. Also great for play based kindergarten centers, Montessori trays sensory tables, early finishers, and morning work! Use any of the 84 coloured Easter eggs or create your own with the black and white option (great for differentiation, or if you don't have access to colored ink).

This activity is also included in my ⭐️ EASTER TASK BOX DISCOUNTED BUNDLE⭐️ which includes 8 engaging, hands-on task boxes. Click here to see all included task boxes.

This activity offers many CHOICES
You can choose to cut each page (into 6 separate cards)
OR present the entire page at once (NO PREP)!
You can choose to print the prearranged eggs in color
OR use the black and white page to create your own

To build the Easter eggs
You can choose to use plastic Easter eggs from the dollar store
OR you can use precut pieces of paper (with or without glue).
OR you can print 2 copies of each page (laminate 1 full sheet of the first copy, and laminate the egg pieces separately for the second copy and add velcro to each) (the students could then use laminated velcro egg shell pieces to build the egg on top of the task card).
