What educators are saying

My students enjoyed making these and the writing activity. They looked great displayed too. Thank you.
We used this activity with one of our first stories in our Wonders Reading unit. I like that the students can be creative and artistic AND practice writing along with the activity.

Description

This material is about the biggest dreams of your students. The Dreamcatcher is a great action to talk about dreams and wishes and then capture them as a picture or in a small text. Use it as a writing prompt.

The dream catcher is suitable for the beginning of the school year, when it comes to getting to know each other. The crafting action also fits in between or for art classes.

The material addresses many competencies. The children cut, glue, paint, draw and write. When all the dreamcatchers are done, they will make a great, colorful class decoration. Pupils can tell their class or groups about their dreams and present their dreamcatcher.

The dream catchers are also suitable for a lapbook.
