What educators are saying

My students love escape rooms, so I thought I would try this crime scene investigation. They adored it! Students were engaged and working together to solve problems. This kind of activity is such a unique way to learn and one I use whenever possible. Highly recommend!
We had so much fun using this resource. Our principal allowed us to use his office and they believed he was missing.

Description

Newly updated 4/2020 to include a digital version as well as the printable acitivity!!

"Who Kidnapped Our Principal??" is an engaging activity that brings drawing conclusions and making inferences to LIFE. Students will LOVE this. Create a crime scene and let students infer what each piece of evidence means about the suspect. Students analyze suspects (school custodian, art teacher, kindergarten teacher, second grade teacher, assistant principal) by highlighting what connects them to the crime scene. You will need to provide the evidence....gum wrapper, a sneaker, coffee cup, tennis racket, book.

Some Awesome Feedback:

"This was probably one of my favorite TPT purchases!! My students were incredibly engaged and their work was amazing!! I loved the step by step directions and the fact that I could customize the suspects to match people at school. They came to school the day after we did this asking if they were going to a different crime scene. This is absolutely worth every penny!!!!"
