Don't Break Your Chain!

"Don't break the chain" is a brilliant phrase and concept that is meant to help us build habits gradually (and painlessly -- I hope)! As teachers, I believe we all owe it to ourselves to be the best version of us that we can. Many educators put forth an astonishing amount of energy into their craft, each lesson, and every child. However, sometimes it is easy to get lost in the thousands of decisions we make (at least) Monday-Friday. This habit tracker was a New Year's treat for myself, to better take care of me, and to ensure I don't break my promises (chains) especially made to me (by me) :)
