What educators are saying

The area model can be challenging for students! I liked the way this broke it down into easy steps. Easy to follow and keep to refer back to.
Love, love, love, this resource! The step-by-step directions for area model division are fantastic. Great practice pages for reinforcement. Thank you.

Description

This Division Drawings Packet is designed to teach students how to solve Division problems by using the Rectangular Array Model strategy. Many students struggle to learn how to complete the long division method, so it is valuable to first show them this visual representation of how to solve challenging problems. After students have learned the reverse strategy for this when solving Multiplication, solving division becomes much more simple. This Packet comes with instructional pages, scaffolded practice pages, a certificate of completion, and a game from practice and review.

Try out this great activity/workbook for your classroom.
