Our Mental Health Package highlighting the subject of depression among young people was created to broach a difficult and increasingly relevant subject with your middle to high school students; one that affects us all- whether directly or indirectly. Our goal in creating this resource is to shed light on a subject often relegated to the shadows in ways that encourage understanding, sensitivity and overall awareness on teenage depression.
Each of the activities (conversation questions, projects, questionnaires and more) in this resource will encourage your students to delve deeper into their understanding of depression as well as their own thoughts, opinions and experiences on the subject.
