Editable Google Classroom Calendar:
I use a calendar every year with my classes and it is beyond helpful in my classroom! Not only for myself to reflect and look at what we’ve done, but it's also helpful for students AND parents! Make sure you check out the previews!
Editable parts of the calendar include the font for the days of the week, the font for anything typed within the table for each day (including the date), and rows (if needed for each month).
How Can This Be Helpful?
- For YOU: Help organize lesson plans, daily tasks, meetings, etc. Save EACH year so that you can look at a template for the next year!
- For PARENTS: Many of my students parents have commented on how much they love the digital calendar! Everyday, I update the calendar with what was done that day, which also updates on the parents end. Parents have access to check as little or as much as they’d like throughout the school year to see what the student is learning or if they have homework or an upcoming test.
- For ABSENT STUDENTS: You’re able to give access to the students to view your calendar, which is also super helpful! They know to look at the calendar before coming to ask me “Did I miss anything?” I’m sure you know how it is!!
