Restorative practices are rooted in restorative justice. This practice involves focusing on repairing relationships opposed to punishing individuals for harm done. In addition to helping students resolve conflicts, using restorative practices in the classroom can help promote well-being, accountability, empathy and forgiveness.
Whether you’re teaching virtually or in person, this resource can help students process a conflict and actively participate in restoring relationships that have been damaged due to a conflict.
