*New!*
Slides 12-15 were recently added as another version of the draft, revise, edit and publish slides that give students more space to type their opinion essay. Simply decide if the one-page or two-page layout will work best for your students. I recommend the one-page layout for 3rd grade and the two-page layout for 4th or 5th grade.
I recommend uploading this product to your Google Classroom as an Assignment and choosing the "Make a copy for each student" feature. It's best that each student have their own copy of this document, since they will be typing their writing directly into it.
The slides are accessible enough for students to guide themselves through the learning, but you could also do a screen share during a video conference to walk students through the slides so they completely understand what an opinion is and how to use the slides to type their own writing.
I hope this helps you in your distance learning journey! Feel free to reach out with questions or suggestions at teachinginmyrightmind@gmail.com.
Stay well,
Kelsey
