Students find as many ways as they can think of to make the given fraction. Students could decompose the fraction, draw a picture, write an equivalent fraction, etc.
*Throw it out (10)
Four fractions are provided and students must determine which one does NOT fit in the group.
*Fractions on a Number Line (5)
Students must determine the fraction that should be placed on the given spot on a number line.
*Think about it (5)
5 critical thinking fraction questions
*Would you rather...? (5)
Students read each situation and choose an answer from the two choices given. They must explain their choice.
*Put us in order (5)
Students order the given fractions from least to greatest.
*Find the Equivalent Fractions (5)
Four fractions are provided and students must find two that are equivalent.
