Digital Gratitude Journal

Give each student a copy of this digital gratitude journal so they can practice gratitude during these uncertain times at home. There is always something to be grateful for! This resource includes 25 gratitude pages. Each page has two parts. The first part asks students to identify how they feel and explain why (one of the digital journals includes emojis that students can copy/paste into a box). The second part has a prompt asking students to describe something they are grateful for (For example: describe a family member you are grateful for)
