What educators are saying

My students thoroughly enjoy doodle notes as an alternative to regular notes. These were easy to follow and helped my students.
The diagram is clear and includes all of the necessary/major organs. I like that everything fit on one page. We labeled the diagram together and wrote the function of each organ. They also had time to color it, which they loved!

Description

You're going to love these organized, colorful Digestive System Anatomy Doodle Notes™ for your high school students! I personally use them with my 11th and 12th grade Anatomy & Physiology class.

I use these notes right after my Anatomy of the Digestive System Coloring Activity.

Two options with the notes:

1. Have your students cut and create a foldable-version of the Doodle Notes™ to tape into their interactive notebooks.

2. Have your students simply fill out the notes (don't cut them) and include them with all of your other Digestive System Doodle Notes.

Structures included on the labeling: mouth, salivary glands, tongue, pharynx, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, anus, liver, gallbladder, pancreas

The resources are available in both print and digital forms.

Included within this resource, you will receive the following print resources:

  • 14 non-editable PDF and PowerPoint versions of the Doodle Notes™ (blank, fill-in-blank, colored, black & white). The Doodle Notes are non-editable, but I have provided a PowerPoint version that you can add your own textboxes to in order to customize the text!
  • 29-slide PowerPoint Presentation that corresponds with the Doodle Notes™ (editable text)

Also included are digital versions of the:

  • Blank colored non-editable Doodle Notes™ (available through Google Slides™)
  • 29-slide presentation with editable text that corresponds with the Doodle Notes (available through Google Slides™)

This resource comes from my full Digestive System Unit! It is also included in my Full-Year Anatomy & Physiology Curriculum.
