Description

This comprehension sheet is perfect for teaching students about spring. There are two worksheets that are the same but differentiated for different levels. The first requires students to use a word bank to fill in the blanks. The second has boxes where students fill in the blank by cutting out the picture from an answer sheet with Boardmaker symbols. Students are given four choices for each question, then cut out the correct one and glue it in the space provided.

Both of the activities can be used for an entire class to practice motor skills. Students can first do the cut and paste activity, then do the writing activity to practice handwriting.

Boardmaker symbols simplify the definitions for students with special needs (see below).

Worksheet would be excellent for Pre-K through possibly grade 2, also for all grades with special education students.
