Design Inspiration Project: Fashion Design 1

Description
It's time to get creativity flowing and bring fashion designs to life as students draw upon inspiration! This project builds on previous fashion knowledge of fashion illustration, fashion inspiration, collection design, and fabric sourcing.
This project challenges students to design 2 - 4 original looks based on inspiration from an image of their chosing. Students will create a mood board to further illustrate the inspiration from their image, brining in other photos, textures, etc. to show the emotions and mood behind their ispiration. Students will then apply their inspiriation to illustrating and sketch 2-4 original looks that incorporate the colors and theme from their inspiration. Lastly, students will source fabric that fits their designs and inspiration.
This project can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks.
