Description

This lesson gives a detailed description of depression and anxiety in teens, suicide awareness, and where to get help. Activities, Assessment, Clip art, printables, no prep needed, answer key.

CDC (Center for Disease Control) Health Standard four: Students will demonstrated the ability to use interpersonal communication skills to enhance health and avoid or reduce health risks.

The lesson plan covers:

4 activities;

1) "Circle of Control"- asking students to write the things they CAN and CANNOT control.
