What educators are saying

We used this as a supplemental resource to our math curriculum. Students had a much easier time understanding the concept once they had this for practice.

Description

This is an excellent way to get your student to understand that Liters and Milliliters are based on 10 and to provide them with benchmarks. Students get relevant experience coloring in and thinking deeply about 1 Liter, 100 mL, 10 mL and 1 mL. This lesson was created to go along with Module 2, Lesson 9, Grade 3 from Engage New York/Eureka Math. The Eureka lesson is challenging due to lack of materials and time for prep. This is a supplemental hand out designed to give students the same information in a clear way while also providing them with benchmarks.
