Description

This no-prep journal is great for incorporating social-emotional learning in class. Dancers especially need to focus on a growth mindset: small positive steps, recording teacher feedback/corrections, and having healthy habits. Actively giving dancers time for self-reflection increases the likelihood of a positive self-image, continued progress, and commitment to dance.

Now more than ever, students are aware of and are learning to balance school, life, and family. Giving them tools that support SEL learning and promote reflection as a part of the learning process helps them move toward achieving a school/life balance. This balance is key to mental health.
