Dance Assignment + Alternative Assignment (without dancing)

I like to teach dance in December as it is a crazy month. So I call our dance classes Dancember! However, this assignment can be given at any time of the year.

This file is easy to edit and contains the two dance assignments I use for my classes.

1. Use this assignment to assess students in dance using the elements of dance to create their own Just Dance Video. Included: Assignment instructions, Response sheet, Rubric, Self and Peer Evaluations.

2. Use this assignment for students who are not able to participate in dance class due to cultural or other reasons. It can be used for all students too! This assignment assesses students' response to dances they've viewed. Included: Assignment instructions, Response sheet, Rubric.
