What educators are saying

These are great! We use these with all our students and the parents love seeing the charts come home :)
This has worked really well. My students like having their goal on a sticky note on their desk. I like how easy it is to use.

Description

Looking for a quick and easy daily behavior chart for individual students? Try these easy to use print and go sticky notes. Each day, place the daily behavior chart on the student's desk, and every time you "catch" them meeting their goal, allow the student to color in a star. At the end of the day, place the sticky note in the included goal tracking booklet to add notes and send home to keep parents informed. Simply choose one of the over 30 goal tracking choices, place sticky notes on the template, and print charts (6 per page).

Some of the behavior goals include:

-I can be an active listener

-I can raise my hand to speak

-I can be respectful

-I can keep my hands to myself

-I can stay on task

-I can give my best effort

-I can work cooperatively

-I can use a quiet voice level

-I can solve problems independently

-I can stay in my own space

And many more, including a generic template to write in your own!

I was able to use this resource for multiple students in my classroom. It was a good visual reminder that just made sense to them. Love all the different options and the ability to make your own! Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dawn K. says,

Can't love these enough! You can pick which task you want each kid to work on and print. Easy peasy! Thanks for the great resource!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Briana G. says,

I love love love this so much! My students also love having the visual on their desk to remind them of their goals. It also helps a lot that there is a blank one so that you can write in your own goal with your students. It is easy to set up and implement! I keep some printed ones in a folder all the time so it is easy to switch from day to day. You can even stick it to the inside of their homework folder to send home as a daily check in for parents.
