Daily 5 Rotation Schedule - Weekly, guided reading group schedule

This is a schedule I made to go with my Daily 5 Rotation Smartboard Schedule...check it out! This schedule is for me to see what students I will be working with at my teacher table and on what days so I can plan accordingly. I also put the skills each group is working on so I know exactly what to do with each group during their time with me at the teacher table. After assessing, the students may change groups depending on what skills they need. This is an easy to edit form that you can change to meet your needs and the needs of your students. I kept this file in the front of a clear binder at my teacher table. This schedule could easily be used for centers or Daily 5 Math. Update - this schedule works great for guided reading groups, easy to edit.
