Keeping anecdotal records can be a challenge, especially if you have several students to observe. This flipbook was created to help teachers and paraprofessionals record observations in an easy manner. The sections are organized by domain so that teachers can refer back to each section when completing the rating records. The measures all have a short description. The ELD domain is included and located underneath the title tab. There is an optional note page that can be attached. These are extremely easy to assemble and do not take up much room to store in binders or file folders.
